Hello, I’M Annie Schmitt

Instructional Designer

Creative training design for impact

What I’m Working On
A brief introduction

Let’s build something engaging that works.

I’m an Instructional Designer currently pursuing a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology with a focus on Learning Experience Design at Bloomsburg University. I’m passionate about creating engaging, learner-centered solutions that teach impactful skills.

For me, great instructional design starts by identifying a clear gap in knowledge, skills, or attitudes. I love diving deep to distill complex information into the most essential points, always keeping focus on what learners should be able to do differently after a training.

With a skillset that includes technical writing, course authoring, e-learning development, video editing, graphic design, and training delivery, I bring both creativity and technical skill to my work. My background in STEM curriculum development and teacher training adds expertise in STEM products, customer education, computer science, and out-of-school educator training.
